This form will submit your interest in an appointment on the requested dates. We will contact you as soon as possible to verify your time, and date. It is important you tell us if you are in a wheelchair, use a walker, cane or crutches.
Purchase Time in the Energy Enhancement System
Buying hours online allows you to purchase time as a gift for others, or to add credit to your account prior to your visit. Your purchased hours will be logged, when setting your appointment online, through email, or over the phone please notify us that you have purchased hours online and that you'd like to use them for that session. Hours purchased may still be combined with free hours you have accumulated through referrals.
