An All-Day Advanced Healing Workshop and A Full Night’s Sleep in the Energy Enhancement System

On this retreat, you will receive 14 hours in the Energy Enhancement System. A $700 value.
This is a chance to be renewed on all levels – Physical, Mental, and Spiritual. This experience will raise one’s vibration, activate the potential of one’s pineal gland, and facilitate movement into a deeper relationship with the miraculous energies around us. A full night of rest in the Energy Enhancement System will be preceded by an entire day of healing foods and advanced modalities to “prime” the individual for sleep in the scalar vortex.
Breakfast – Greet the morning with fresh pressed juice to alkalize the body and prepare for the day ahead

• Practice the “Internal Smile”
Warm-Up/The Key to Rejuvenation and Healing: Simple body movements taken from Internal Martial Arts practices to prepare the body, mind, and spirit
• Learn an advanced auto-massage to increase circulation
• Open the joints to increase the flow of Qi
• Stretch the muscles to balance the physical body
Hopi Polarity Pineal Activation: Used by the Hopis as an initiation into the higher realms of consciousness
• Understand Polarity Basics
• Use the power and energies in the hands to awaken dormant energies within
Foundational Breathing & Meditation: Guided meditation and breathwork with movement, mudras, mantras, and sound
• Understand the importance of and learn to master lower belly Dantian breathing
• Promote respiratory function with simple breathing techniques
• Use movement and breath to activate and experience Qi circulation
• Learn how to prepare the spine, hips, and legs for a longer meditation
• Access advanced reflex points on the body to bring in more relaxation, breath/Qi, and focus
• Mudras (hand seals) to access higher levels of consciousness
• Use of sound and mantras to elevate breathwork and meditation
Yoga: For the Beginner and Advanced (Please bring mats, blocks, and straps if you have them)
• Learn new breathwork techniques beyond Ujjayi breathing
• Bring light energy into the body with movement and visualization
• Go beyond the basic yoga poses
• Access Kundalini energy with breathwork and movement
Taiji Qigong: Aligning with Flow and Life Force Energy (Qi)
• Learn Taiji Walking for advanced focus
• Master the beginning flow for all Qigong and Taiji practices
• Practice Qigong circles to create an energy vortex in the body
• Learn a proper Warm Down with body tapping to disperse energy throughout the body
Light Movement and Breathwork to Prepare the Body for Sleep:
• Simple stretches and breathing techniques to bring the body into parasympathetic dominance and increase melatonin production
Sunday Morning Healing Meditation: 5 Elements Guided Meditation
• Balance your elements: Wood (Liver/Gallbladder), Fire (Heart/Small Intestine), Earth (Stomach/Spleen), Metal (Lungs/Large Intestine), and Water (Kidneys/Bladder)
• Release any unwanted emotions associated with each element and replace them with healing positive emotions
Refunds requested 2 weeks prior to the class will receive an 80% refund. No refunds will be given after the 2 weeks. If you are unable to attend due to emergency or illness, tuition can be applied to a future class.
